How long do I have access to a course?
You receive lifetime access, including all future updates. If we add new lessons, templates, or technique improvements, they’ll appear in your account automatically.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. On completion you can download a named certificate. The certificate includes the course title and your name as entered in your profile.
What is your refund policy?
14-day refund if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, send your order email and we’ll confirm within 1 business day.
Do I need special tools?
Basic piping tips, a turntable, and smoothers cover 90% of techniques. For advanced modules, we provide an optional shopping checklist with alternatives for different budgets.
